The structure and properties

The machine consists of hopper, vibration chamber, coupling, motor etc.. There are eccentric wheel, rubber soft spindle, bearings, etc.. The adjustable eccentric weight can drive by motor is transmitted to the spindle center line, under the unstable state, to generate centrifugal force, so the material form vortex in the sieve force changes in weight adjuster, the amplitude can be adjusted according to the different material and screen. The machine has compact structure, small volume, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, convenient repair, mobile.
